At the helm of the FSP is Johannes Mureriwa who is the registered Key Individual and M.D Johannes holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (2010) from the University of South Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management (PG Dip) (2018) from the University of South Africa. He has more than two decades worth of experience in the financial services industry and is a qualified Banker and Insurance Practitioner
He has been involved in the Insurance Industry in several capabilities including:-
- A Trainer and examiner for the Bankseta.
- A committee member of the INSETA.
- A founder and Taxation consultant at Mureriwa Law Chambers.
Johannes is the founder of KEM Insurance Brokers after working for a reputable Financial Services Provider and also being involved in the formative stages of several FSPs
The Finance and Administration is headed by Kudzai Elias Mashawi who is the Executive Director responsible for Finance, Human Resources, and Administration at KEM. He holds a Bachelor of Banking Honours Degree and has more than two decades worth of working experience in the insurance industry.
